Always remember to first offer all preparations to the Lord before eating. To offer food to Lord Krsna, place your pure vegetarian preparation on a plate before a picture of Lord Krsna, and while kneeling with folded hands and closed eyes, chant the Maha-Mantra: Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare,3 times. This process spiritualizes the food if it is offered with devotion, and such food is then called Prasadam. Prasadam is free from karmic reaction.

Refreshing Peppermint Drink

1 bunch of peppermint (amount as desired)

Chop the peppermint. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Offer to the Lord.

Mangoes

2 tablespoons sugar (or as per taste)
1 teaspoon rose water (optional)

Cut the mango into pieces. Remove the pulp with a spoon and put it into a blender. Add ice cubes, sugar, milk, and rose water and blend. It is now ready to offer. This will soothe the body and remove fatigue. This is a very good preparation to pacify hunger. Serve cold. Banana or avocado shake can be made in the same way.

Remove cover and stir again till the preparation thickens then add diced potatoes and the flat rice. Fold the preparation over itself in the wok until the preparation turns yellow. Add a tablespoon of sugar if desired for more taste. The preparation is ready to offer to the Lord and server thereafter.
