Everyone has some metaphysical questions in life and wonders where this creation has come from, who maintains it, where did we come from, who is maintaining all of us and after death where does everyone go? Such questions are naturally arising in intelligent human beings. Everyone contemplates that there is a superpower behind this creation under which everything works so perfectly. But they remain short of finding Him and cannot possibly comprehend Him to be a person.
The Vedic scriptures define Him to be Krsna and address Him to be the cause of all causes. By whose mercy everyone is surviving because He is the cause of rainfall, sunlight and moonlight, air and food, when a seed is planted He is the person who multiplies it and provides food for everyone. He is the supreme justice who causes everyone to experience happiness and distress as per their good and bad deeds. He is supremely powerful because when He comes as death He waits for no one.
